· KNITTING
Weaving is the starting point of the process, through which the yarn is woven into a gray fabric, a process that determines the basic structure and texture of the fabric;
· DYEING
The gray fabric is endowed with rich colors and required performance characteristics after pre-treatment, dyeing and post-treatment;
· CUTTING
The fabric is precisely cut to the required shape and size according to the design drawings, laying the foundation for subsequent sewing;
· SEWING
The cut pieces will be sewn through the sewing machine, supplemented by ironing and finishing, and gradually form the core link of the finished product;
· QUALITY CHECKING
Make a comprehensive inspection of the appearance, size and function of the finished product to ensure that each product meets the quality standards;
· PACKAGING
Qualified finished products enter the packaging process, through folding, bagging, packing and labeling steps, complete the entire production process, ready for delivery;
